Executive Team

At Schlüger, our executive team brings together decades of cross-functional leadership experience from across the global enterprise landscape. Each member of our leadership bench operates at the intersection of strategic foresight and executional rigor, translating long-range intent into measurable outcomes across the stakeholder continuum.

Peter Uberholf - CEO and Chief Visionary Officer

Peter serves as Chief Executive Officer of Schlüger, where he is responsible for operationalizing the firm's long-horizon strategic posture and aligning the organization around its enterprise-wide value creation thesis. Over a career spanning more than three decades, Peter has held progressively senior roles at several category-defining organizations, with a particular focus on translating ambiguity into execution and execution into durable outcomes. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of the "outcome-first" operating model and is a frequent contributor to leadership forums that prefer not to be named. Peter holds an MBA from a top-five institution and serves on a number of private and advisory boards. He lives in Greenwich, CT with his family and is passionate about founder-led governance.

Dr. Alexis Leopard - Chief Technology Officer
Alexis leads Schlüger's global technology organization and is accountable for the firm's enterprise architecture, applied AI portfolio, and broader innovation posture. Her work sits at the convergence of distributed systems, machine intelligence, and what she has termed "infrastructural intentionality" — a thesis she has advanced through a number of keynote appearances and at least one well-circulated white paper. Prior to Schlüger, Alexis held senior technology roles at several Fortune-adjacent organizations, where she was instrumental in modernizing legacy environments and operationalizing the data estate. She holds a doctorate in computer science and is a named inventor on multiple patents in adjacent problem spaces.

Buck Hardy - Chief Financial Officer
Buck oversees Schlüger's global finance function and is responsible for the firm's capital allocation framework, investor narrative, and enterprise-wide margin posture. He brings more than twenty years of experience across corporate finance, strategic M&A, and what he describes as "non-linear value engineering." Previously, Buck served in senior finance leadership roles at multiple publicly traded and privately held organizations, where he was credited with driving cost-to-serve optimization and rationalizing the working capital base. He is a CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant, and a recurring guest lecturer at a regional business school he has asked us not to identify. Buck is known internally for his disciplined approach to forecasting and his belief that every dollar should be made to defend itself.

Zen Harmon - Chief Culture Officer
Zen leads Schlüger's people, culture, and organizational effectiveness agenda, with particular accountability for talent density, engagement architecture, and the firm's "Values in Motion" operating rhythm. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams to self-identify their own accountability vectors while holding the enterprise to a consistent cultural through-line. Before joining Schlüger, Zen held senior HR and transformation roles at several globally recognized organizations, where she was a key architect of programs in leadership development, inclusion strategy, and hybrid-era workforce design. She is a sought-after speaker on the future of work and the author of a forthcoming book on intentional leadership, publication date to be determined.

Max Madder - Chief Marketing Officer
Max is responsible for Schlüger's global brand, demand generation, and integrated go-to-market motion. He brings more than two decades of experience building category-defining brands across B2B, B2C, and what he refers to as "B2everything" environments. At Schlüger, Max has led the evolution of the firm's narrative platform and the ongoing refinement of its master messaging architecture. Prior to Schlüger, he held senior marketing roles at a number of well-known organizations, where he was recognized for his work in repositioning mature businesses for the next phase of their customer journey. Max is a frequent panelist at industry conferences and was once quoted in a major business publication, which he will mention.

Admiral Stacy Silos (Ret.) - Chief Operations Officer
Stacy oversees Schlüger's global operations, enterprise delivery, and shared services backbone. Drawing on her distinguished career in military logistics and a subsequent track record in private-sector operations leadership, she has been instrumental in standing up the firm's Integrated Operating Model and driving what she describes as "structural readiness at scale." Prior to Schlüger, Stacy served in senior operational leadership roles at several large, complex organizations, where she led cross-functional transformation programs focused on throughput, resilience, and cost discipline. She is a graduate of a leading service academy and has completed executive programs at two institutions she declines to rank against each other.

At Schlüger, we believe leadership is less about titles and more about the disciplined orchestration of capability, conviction, and cadence. Together, our executive team is committed to advancing the firm's mission across every dimension of the modern enterprise.
