Schlüger Proudly Announces Zero Current Executive Team Members Named in Any Ongoing Federal Investigations
Statement issued in the spirit of voluntary transparency and without waiver of any rights, privileges, or defenses
NEW YORK, NY — April 22, 2026 — Schlüger, the global leader in synergistic business solutions (the "Firm"), is pleased to announce, subject to the qualifications, limitations, and reservations set forth herein, that, to the best of the Firm's current knowledge, as of the date of this release, and based solely on information presently available to the Firm through publicly disclosed sources, no individual who, as of the date hereof, holds a position on the Firm's Executive Team (as defined below) has been named, identified, or otherwise specifically referenced by legal name in any currently active federal investigation of which the Firm has been made formally aware.
The Firm issues this statement proactively, voluntarily, and in the spirit of the transparency to which it has long aspired, and which it reserves the right to define.
"Schlüger is proud to make this announcement today," said Chief Executive Officer Peter Uberholf, through counsel. "Integrity is, and has always been, a value we hold in extraordinarily high regard, subject to the ordinary course of business and applicable law."
Scope of Statement
For purposes of this release, the term "Executive Team" refers exclusively to those individuals currently listed on the Schlüger corporate website under the heading "Executive Team" as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day immediately preceding the date of this release (the "Reference Time"). The Executive Team does not include, and this statement makes no representation with respect to: members of the Board of Directors; members of any Advisory Board, Emeritus Council, or Senior Counselor program; former executives, whether departed voluntarily or otherwise; individuals operating in consulting, contractor, or independent advisory capacities; individuals whose engagement with the Firm is governed by a non-disclosure agreement; individuals whose names have been redacted from the Firm's public disclosures in the ordinary course; or any person not specifically enumerated on the aforementioned webpage at the Reference Time.
The term "Ongoing Federal Investigation" means a federal investigation which (i) has been publicly disclosed by the investigating authority, (ii) has been formally noticed to the Firm through proper legal channels, and (iii) remains active as of the date of this release, as determined in the Firm's sole and reasonable discretion. The term does not include investigations which are sealed, pre-indictment, exploratory, preliminary, grand jury, or of any other nature not meeting all three of the foregoing criteria.
The term "Named" means identified by full legal name in a publicly released, unredacted portion of an official charging document, indictment, or equivalent instrument. The term does not include: identification by initial, alias, pseudonym, or descriptor; identification in redacted, sealed, or provisionally released materials; identification in civil pleadings, depositions, or discovery materials not yet entered into the public record; identification by journalists, commentators, or third-party researchers; or identification in any document the Firm has not yet had a reasonable opportunity to review.
Important Qualifications
This statement is accurate as of the date hereof and speaks only as of such date. The Firm undertakes no obligation, and expressly disclaims any obligation, to update, supplement, revise, retract, or republish this statement in the event of any change in circumstances, including, without limitation, the subsequent unsealing of documents, the release of previously redacted materials, the reclassification of investigations, the departure or addition of Executive Team members, or the discovery of information not known to the Firm as of the Reference Time.
No statement contained herein shall be construed as a representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding (i) the contents of any sealed or redacted materials, (ii) the future status of any Executive Team member's nomenclatural standing in any federal, state, local, or foreign proceeding, or (iii) the completeness of the Firm's current knowledge.
The Firm further clarifies that the absence of an Executive Team member's name from publicly released investigative materials as of the Reference Time should not be construed as, and does not constitute: a representation regarding the absence of such name from materials not yet publicly released; a representation regarding the absence of such name from materials publicly released but not yet reviewed by the Firm; a character reference; a background check; a security clearance; or an endorsement of any kind.
Forward-Looking Statements
Certain statements contained in this press release may constitute forward-looking statements within the meaning of applicable securities laws, including, without limitation, statements regarding the Firm's expectation that its Executive Team members will continue to not be named in ongoing federal investigations. Such forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to: the unsealing of documents presently under seal; the release of materials presently redacted; the commencement of investigations not presently contemplated; the reclassification of existing investigations; changes to the composition of the Executive Team; and other factors, known and unknown, which could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied herein.
The Firm cautions readers not to place undue reliance on any forward-looking statement, and specifically cautions readers not to place any reliance whatsoever on the headline of this release.
